Mighty Mohave Monthly - October 2025

Hi, Mohave families:

If you can believe it, we're already approaching the end of the first quarter. Conferences will take place on Oct. 30 and 31, which are also early release days.

In September, we hosted the 2nd annual Wildcat Classic Golf Tournament, raising $10,000! Congratulations to our winners - on the course, as well as from the raffle - and thank you to our mighty Mohave community for being so generous with the time and resources to ensure this event was a huge success!

We also raised $177 with a fun dine-out at Panda Express on Sept. 25!

First quarter sports are also wrapping up, and PTO is proud to provide our hard-working coaches with gift cards to thank them for their commitment to our student athletes.

If you weren't able to join us for the September PTO meeting, you can review the meeting minutes here. Mark your calendar for the next PTO meeting, Monday, Oct. 27, at 6 p.m. in the Mohave library. Principal Ferrero will share updates and we'll discuss all the great upcoming initiatives at Mohave.

$10,000 Raised at 2nd Annual Wildcat Classic Golf Tournament

Thank you, mighty Mohave community, for joining us for a great day of golf, prizes and fun, on Saturday, Sept. 20, at Talking Stick Golf Club! Your generosity resulted in $10,000 raised for Mohave students and staff, making things like PBIS support, teacher recognition and the 8th grade dance possible. Congratulations to the winning teams:

Barro's Dine-Out on Nov. 5

You have dinner covered on Nov. 5 - and lunch, too, on this early release day - when Barro's is generously donating 20 percent back to Mohave all day! Just mention Mohave at Barro's on Wednesday, Nov. 5, at the Pavilions location, and enjoy eating there or getting takeout to bring home!
